About Our Herbal Products

All of our gourmet herbal food products are carefully hand-crafted by Madeline Wajda in the Willow Pond Farm kitchen, which is inspected by and registered with the Pensylvania Department of Agriculture. With a stock of more than five dozen varieties of herbal jellies and herbal vinegars, and nearly a dozen flavors of herbal honeys, we're confident we have the nation's largest selection of these delicacies.

We also offer herb and herbal blend teas, dip and dressing mixes and seasonings, and a wide variety of gift baskets that feature our products.

Classes and Event Consultations

Madeline, who studied cuisine in France, offers classes in herbal cooking and herb preservation. She also provides advice and products for herbal weddings.
